2. Eligibility
You must be at least the legal age to ride in your jurisdiction and medically fit to participate. Some programs require an A1/A2/A license as listed.
3. Bookings & Payment
Course fees are due at booking unless otherwise specified. Taxes may apply. We may use third-party processors to handle payments securely.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the session. Within 7 days, we provide a reschedule credit. Severe weather postponements are honored at no charge.
5. Safety & Conduct
Participants must follow instructor directions and wear required protective gear. We may stop a session if safety is compromised.
6. Intellectual Property
Course materials, drills, and the Stoneframe Moto Atelier name and marks are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce them without permission.
7. Disclaimers
Motorcycling involves risk. We provide structured coaching but do not guarantee performance outcomes. You ride at your own risk within safe boundaries.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant booking.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
